Been there, it really does work until you stop going and go back to eating. It is only temporary and as soon as you fall back into the same routine the weight will come back on. Try making lifestyle changes one at a time like no more sodas, then no more fast food, then walking after dinner and keep moving that way. It is harder and slower but is permanent.

don't do it. B12 doesn't help at all. Does this "clinic" have any peer-reviewed clinical studies to back that claim up. A B12 deficiency causes a specific type of anemia and weight loss, I don't think there is any real data to support B12 shots as a weight loss method, in other words it's bunk!!! Homeopathic doctors use this along with strict DIET control (the real key),in weight loss programs. Most people who have a B12 deficiency have it because, they don't have the cofactor that lets the body absorb it, anyway. I don't know whether you need B12 or not, but it won't help you lose weight...
You could lose weight if you take "water pills" or diuretics, but you won't lose any fat, and as soon as you drink fluids, your poor dehydrated body will want to hold on to that water, and you will regain the weight. Losing water can be dangerous, creating electrolyte imbalances that could lead to muscle cramps, heart problems, confusion, and potentially death.
Lose fat not weight. And lose it at 1-2lbs a week. If you lose more than that a week, you are losing water and muscle as well. Anybody who says you can do more, is not very realistic and wants your hard earned money. In fact, staying well hydrated is key to facilating fat loss for the body. Don't worry about the scale because of water weight, worry about the inches on your hips and belly and the hidden intraabdominal and intramuscular fat and the fat that is stored around your heart.... Lose that stuff!!!
I don't know which specific medicines you are talking about so I can't give you specific advice about appitite control drugs. Most probably it is some type of stimulant, which in combination with a diuretic can be even more dangerous.
How much fat do you want to lose? Eat less calories, eat raw fruits and vegtables, no processed foods, no saturated fats. I would start walking every day, and work up to 5 miles a day. I don't know anything about you, your current level of fitness, health conditions... So go see a real doctor, for a complete physical and evaluation before beginning an exercise program. Stay away from the quackery at the clinic.

Isn't this just another gimmick?
Put as much energy in preparing proper food and exercising regularly. Get the junk out of your diet.
Water pills are just pushing the water out that your body needs for your muscles to work properly unless you have some kind of medical problem.
If you have had blood tests that say you are low in B12 then you need it.
Learn what hungry feels like. If you are like me you eat when you think of it. Do not over fill your stomach. When you are starving and you take a couple bites of food and some water slow down now you have fed yourself for the moment you don't have to continue to eat until your stomach bulges. Also wear a belt and don't loosen it when you start eating.
Go to drphil.com and read about loosing weight.
If you don't find what you want there look at mayoclinic.com/index
Best of luck. I hope you learn a lot.
Be sure you lift a few weights [a can of food will work for starters] get some help on proper form on weight lifting. Build muscle to burn calories even while at rest.

I would be too, sounds like they're injecting you with all kinds of junk, good grief! You'd be better off going to a gym, getting a trainer, taking your time and getting into shape. Nice and easy, no stress.
