O.k., I work around a very attractive 30's woman, who tells me that 'We really missed you, Chris!' if I'm absent for a couple days, or am no longer cleaning up her area(I'm a Janitor) and also say's "Hi Chris" quite often, with a smile!!!
BUT, she also has seemed to have gotten very mad if I offer to help her out, breaking down boxes, and offering to throw away anything she wants, or asking to just help her at work!!! She has also said OUTLOUD, ' YOU'RE DOING THAT FOR ME, YOU DON'T NEED TO! which immeadiately got me wondering if she meant I'll get 'nothing extra' by helping her???
In Summary, She is basically very sweet when talking to me, and seems to be interested in me, BUT gets mad when I offer to help her at work, and talks 'in-depth while smoking' to a co-worker at work, and seems more restrictive about information when I'm nearby!!! I'm in my early 30's and need to read her as much as possible??? Please write back?

Women are not attracted to lower class. Women are not attracted to nice guys. I believe you are turning her off when you are offering to help her. Her gardener throw her things away, her garbage men come and throw her trash away. She wants someone she can have fun with and be sexually excited. How sexually excited would she be when you throw her trash away?
Problem is.. if you screwed up already, you have very little chance to recover it. Even if she thinks you are cute or had flirted with you.
I'm sure your job has nothing to do with this. But when you see her, don't focus so much on what you do or your role at your job.
Convey that you have a fun and great personality. Janitor during the day, fun and exciting person at night. I hope this would give you some direction.

Hmm... I'm a little puzzled by this one. You sure she's in her 30's, cuz she's kinda acting pretty young by what your saying. Be confident with yourself and approach her, find out! Stop wasting time sweating the small stuff and Good luck.

if she seems interested in you, then ask her out, I mean yeah she gets mad when you offer to help, then stop offering to help, maybe she's the type of woman who doesn't need help from anybody, and just likes to do the stuff the way she wants to. but just ask her out.

you should stop offering help cause you know her reaction. Ignor her that way she'll wonder why you are ignoring her. That drives girls crazy
