I'm not sure if it's normal or not for a baby to not be tracking by that age, but you might want to take him/her to get their eyes checked to be on the safe side. I hope your baby's okay.

he will be fine, just keep an eye on him, all babies do things at different times, i have four kids and not one did things at the same age, relax, dont read the books that says he should be doing things at a certain age, he is three months, just remember that, does he follow your face? does he look at you and smile.

Does your baby stay with a sitter or daycare? Ask them if they think your child is not tracking. Or consult your pediatrician.
