Earlier I asked a question about religion and bombs and someone said to think of a way to rephrase the question. I'm not good at expressing myself.

Because kids like to blow things up. When you were a kid didn't you play with fireworks? Didn't you try to bundle them together in an attempt to make a bigger bang?

Your question is tainted. There are no websites that specifically aim to teach youngsters to make bombs. There are bomb recipes and schematic sites online but none of them are aimed at children.
There are such pages online because the Internet is the ultimate tool of free-speech. Anyone can publish anything... the drawback to that along the same vein (and simultaneously the greatest advantage) is that anyone can access said material... even children.
Don't blame the Internet when children make bombs. The Internet simply supplies the instruction. The real blame lies with the parents who do not teach their children proper safety, judgement, and social behavior. Parenting is the key factor here... not the Internet.

This is the evidence of satan's working through people. He delights in war. It brings out the worst in people. If only those who are interested in Wicca or witchcraft could see the danger working with someone like this. Satan = evil. evil = death.
