i want to see my cousin but it never works out and he's leavin soon for airforce training should i like tell him he has to visit or should i say don't visit i really wana see him b4 he leaves 4 4 yrs please help

If you want to visit him,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,than visit him. Why should he have to visit you? He has enough on his mind without remembering everyone to visit as not to hurt their feelings. If you want to see him...........go do it. Don't make a big deal over it.

Keep trying to see cousin as best possible. If fate still doesn't allow such, write and give him your mailing address so he can write to you and you then can do the same.
Air Force basic training will keep him busy and he'll need all the encouragement he can hear to help him along. I would NOT write stuff that will shock or surprise him into worry during this time. When he completes Basic Training, he'll have earned some leave time and briefly visit back home. Maybe then fate will have you see him.

Tell your cousin you want to see him before he leaves. But this time, try to avoid doing things that makes the visit "not work out" - whatever that means.
Focus on the fact that he's leaving soon and tell him to take care and that you wish him all the best.
