okay i have a high school dance comping up and i am totally clueless as to what to where do i wear a dress or do i wear jeans what do you suggest??????????????

Find out what your peers are wearing to fit in, or choose whatever you want to wear to stand out from the crowd. I would suggest dress pants or tuxedo if a formal dance, or a nice dress shirt and jacket with dress pants if it is semi formal. If it is casual, wear what is comfortable, but looks nice. That is if you are a male.
If you are a girl wear a nice summer dress to look chic, or jeans and a fancy shirt if it is casual.

don't wear a dress unless its a formal dance. Just dress comfortably

With out knowing anything about the dance (formal - semi formal) etc.. can't really answer.
Not to give a lame answer, but ask a teacher you are comfortable with...they would have the most familiarity with it.

Umm.. are you a freshman? well is it formal or semi formal or casual... for formal and semiforamal wear a dress but for casual wearwhat you want!

you dont want to be too dressy, but you also dont want to be too casual. just remember to be comfortable, something you can actually dance in.
