I'm trying to get more flexible for sports, and I was wondering if there was sort of a training session for that? If so how long should it last? And yeah I do have a swiss ball and resistant band.

Boy the closest thing would be yoga, there are stretch moves you can find online. The best way to do it is to get on your rug at night when you're settling down and just stretch everything for awhile. If you need some stretches probably if you type in your search engine "stretch moves" you could find some, there are also some great books with pics that really help.
When I first started training I bought a book full of stretches, it's great, I can't think of any classes that would help really, I've taught a stretch class several times and they aren't very popular.

Just exercise every other day....do side stretches(100)
Lift weights,and do some situps
