My eyesight is getting more and more worse every year. i'm tired of having to buy new glasses every year. It's a waste of money. whenever i see people who don't have glasses, i feel jealous of them sometimes. Is there a way to make my eyesight get better not more worse? Does it have anything to do with having to eat certain types of foods? And does it concern having to deprive myself from my interest? If theres a way, just tell me.

do you have some sort of disorder with your eyes? I mean normally your vision shouldn't be getting worse, if your wearing your glasses on a daily basis the glasses are supposed to help strengthen your eyesight not worsen it! If anything I would see a ophthamologist just to make sure that there is nothing wrong then consider Lasik surgery it can restore your eyesight back to 20/20 vision

Well, Vitamin A is your best source for eyes, like eating
carrots, and more produce.
Staying out of the bright lights would help eyes, dim
computer screen light also.
U can always get contacts if u dont like glasses.
I think glasses are sophisticated these days.
I dont wear them, but they look great on folks with all the
new styles.

Since your visual condition seems to be progressive, the only thing you can do for the time being is wear contacts as correction if you do no wish wo wear glasses. Lasik surgery is not an option at this time, sice your vision must be stable for a period of time before considering it as an option.

Lasik eye surgery works but you have to keep goin back! But eat some Carrots. they really do work! Go to your doctor then get an herbalist and look at what both will say and take it from there! Surgery should be your last option! I had a cousin and other people i know and work with did the same with surgery and they still go back to get their eyes done!

I,m thinking perhaps a doctors opinion might be a better place to find answers to your question than Yahoo answers. Your talking about your eyesight for goodness sakes.
