Is there a cut off point or a plane from where we can say that now present ends and future starts ? even if it is just for the minimum possible time limit.

No; both time and space are a continuum. There is neither a cut off point in Time, nor in Space. For the sake of our understanding we have divided time into seconds, minutes, hours, day and night; but in nature it is a continuity with out beginning and without an end. We are too eager and anxious to understand it in terms of 'beginning' and 'end' because our body is limited by time and space. The body has a dimension which is limited in space. From the cradle to the grave we call the life span which is also limited in time. Due to these limitations we have a tendency to assess the vast Nature according to our own scale, where starts the ignorance.

There is no cut point because every time measure can be divided x times. Maybe there is a final result of this - a point of division of time in which it stops (while time continues, of course) but it would be too small for us to feel. So, basically, for a human near past, the present and near future co-exist.

We are all in a constant state of time travel....moving slowly forward in time. The present is a matter of perspective. Present-day could mean anything from today to the last 6 months. From your question I'm gathering that you are trying to put a thumbtack on the present second.....but time is fluid and unable to be pinned down. You can watch time pass and live in each moment though.

Not exactly.

Because when the future arrives then it becomes the present and the present we experienced previously has become the past.

Hmmm, interesting question.... I would say that the second that just past should be the starting point for the future.

Einstein said if you could travel at the spped of light you cn stop or reverse time! The only thing about doing this is you'd run into something and get killed before you would stop. I guess time for you would stop at this point

Now is then and then is now. Time itself is an illusion. A useful illusion created by humans.
