No. A B-1 visa for a domestic is available only to a person who works for and is traveling with either 1. a non-immigrant who is visiting the US for a short time, 2. an American citizen who lives overseas and is traveling to the US for a short visit, or 3. an American going to the US for a limited state-side work assignment followed by a return overseas.

Such a visa is not available to someone who will go to the US to work for a US citizen or resident who lives there.
