I don't know why, but for some reason everytime I see my husband I feel like eating and eating and eating! He says it's probably because he depresses me, but I don't know...lol. It's hard to deal with when I'm trying to lose weight. Anyone else experience anything like this?

you probably associate him with going out to dinner and things like that. there is some kind of association there. Try to focus on losing weight and not eating. Maybe he can motivate you to work out when you look at him. Not that you look fat, because you don't.

I see your drinking 1%. Is that because you think your fat? Cuz you're not. You could be drinking whole if you wanteed.

Try brushing your teeth... it'll "trick" your brain into thinking you've already eaten and kill that urge to eat.
You probably associate a memory of a good meal you had a while back with your husband and that's what the sight of him triggers in your mind.... sort of like a post-hypnotic suggestion.
