In general, no. It is not reasonable to believe that any man or woman could be admired by the other gender in entirety. It is likely, however, that every man and every woman is admired by at least one person of the opposite gender.

That question is too general. Some people are so self-centered that they hardly admire anyone while certain kind people find something to admire in just about anyone.

As people get older they tend to base their admiration less on looks and more on what type of person you are.

So some people will admire just about anyone from the other sex but it may be just that they can see something good in the person even if they don't find them physically attractive.
