I want to know if these things are a carb.

yes, each of these contain carbs. Although you can get ranch dressing with no carbs, and beans have different amounts of carbs depending on what kind of bean you're talking about.

Beans, yes, but they have a lot of fiber which reduces their carb content. Ranch, some, as long as it's REGULAR ranch and not fat free. It actually has more carbs than regular. Tortillas, yes, definately a carb, but a tasty one!

I think the question you are asking is do these foods have carbohydrates in them...YES!

All foods have a form of carbohydrates CARBS in them. Starches, Grains, Sweets have more carbs than fruit, dairy, or meat...choose wisely and you will be eating healthy.

yes all of them do but the tortilla has the most the ranch has the least

i never understood the wholecarb thing. you need carbs for energy, if you are not burning them, then you are not active and maybe you do need to be carb free.
