There has been a study a LONG time ago that said girls are concieved i n the cold months and boys are convieved in the warm months. The study NEVER came to a conclution!
In the END there are NO REAL facts about WHEN to have sex to have a boy or a girl. JUST wives tales.
50/50 chance, it is what I call russan roulette with mother nature, you want a guarenteed boy/girl, adopt :-)
It doesn't matter what ANYONE says, ask a MEDICAL PROFESSTIONAL, they will say NO, it is IMPOSSIBLE "better your chances of having a boy/girl".
If anyone could guarentee a girl or a boy with a pregnancy they would be RICH because then everyone could have the gender of baby when they want. Most China couples wouldn't have a girl, they would die out from too many boys being born (only one child per family, by law, they want a boy)!!!! Anything else is just WIVES TALES and DON'T WORK!!!!
We want a boy the second time around (at least I do, my fiance doesn't care either way) but I will just have to deal with what mother nature gives me because two is the FINAL number for me having babies. If I want a boy later on I will adopt a little boy, I am not leaving it to mother nature ANY MORE! I will CHOOSE the next one! :-)

There is a book, How to Choose the Sex of Your Baby: Fully revised and updated by Landrum B. Shettles and David M. Rorvik (Paperback - Sep 26, 2006), which is scientific. It makes the most sense and explains how 'nature' chooses and how to 'help' nature.
Some of the explanations include how the effect of acidicness of the woman at the time of intercourse as well as how close to ovulation at time of intercourse(for instance, the Y sperm, although a faster swimmer than the X, is shorter lived and must get to the egg w/in 24 hours. The X sperm can live a few days longer. So chances are if you have sex w/in 24 hours of ovulation it will be a boy while if ovulation is later it most likely will be a girl.
The book explains that it is NOT 100% effective to predict, but close to 75%.
Check it out.

No. There is a way to choose the gender, though. It is not 100% effective, but it works well.
If you want a boy, Have sex 12 hours prior to 24 hours after ovulation.

If that were the case, most kids born in September and October would be girls...that just sounds like an old wives' tale to me! The seasons have nothing to do with gender determination. It all has to do with that extra little chromosome.....

I have read that on line and head people talk about that but I don't believe it. If is going to b a girl or a boy that is what is going to b. Timing does not determine the sex of your baby but if u believe or what to believe it that, good luck

Months do not determine anything. Just like horoscopes, they are a myth
