Our balls get all sweaty and stuck together in uncomfortable positions and the penis just gets in the way of everything, a good crotch grab can loosen everything up.

OK I am thinking you are a female and if this is the case this would be about the equivalent of a male suggesting what kind of pad or tampon you use, look also if you were a male you would understand why we have to adjust from time to time, I mean if you had things hanging down that got pinched and squeezed from time to time you would have to adjust them as well, but since you don't how can you really speak on it?

It could be the same reason that some women have to adjust their breasts. They move into an uncomfortable position.

Those bad boys are on the move all the time! All 3 of them. So
sometimes we have to make an adjustment, either for comfort or to make them a little less noticeable. But we are not grabbing!
We are cautiously readjusting. Grabbing is what Michael Jackson likes to do .........

Just imagine having all that extra stuff down there, you need to adjust sometimes. I'm a girl but I assume it's the same as us getting our underwear wedged.

My ex mother-in-law learned not to ask these types of questions. My son was 5 at the time and was over at their house. The A/C was out and it was July, so rather warm. He walked into the kitchen high stepping a little and tugging at his shorts. My ex mother-in-law asked what he was doing. Without a missed beat my son very abruptly anwered "MY PEE-PEE IS STICKING TO MY LEG".

Because the scrotum has a considerable amount of skin. And because we get erections. No amount of lycras will help, however, adjusting it does.

Sometimes you just gotta adjust, things get out of position or in an uncomfortable position and since they are not trained to go back on their own you have to do it yourself.
