No, we just call them ******. Which is the exact translation of BLACKS. Why is it OK to say "black", but not it's equivalent "*****"?
Europe has culture, ethnic profile, it's not jus a jumbalaya of people with no ethnic connection who popped out of somewhere. That's why people of different ethnic origin are not welcomed. They ruin the culture in question , the history, the beautiful balance.
In USA there is nothing to ruin, it's based on mixing people from all over the world. Or as someone here put it ...a tasteless soup with too many ingredients. Can't get more more crappy than it already is.

No i very much doubt it they'd be American – (whatever country) because they are American citizens but move to whatever country and get citizenship
A true African American is someone who is from an African country and comes to America and takes citizenship.

We don't have "politically correct" in Europe.We don't have a problem with races either.If a black guy lives in Europe ,he is just a guy living in Europe.
