So I bought a tv from a shady character and I totally got scammed. It turns out the screen is cracked, is there any way to repair it?

Cut your losses and learn from your experience. It would be in your best interest just to get a new one from a reputable seller.

This is not a major brand TV? How long ago did you buy it? It still may be under the manufacturer's warranty (unless you bought a used TV). If it is a major manufacturer (Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, etc) call them anyway and explain what happened. If it is no longer covered and the manufacturer won't help you out, I agree with the first response; it will cost as much (if not more) to fix than a new TV.

No,sorry but you might as well throw it away since a new screen will probably cost more than the TV.

Anything can be repaired but sometimes it just isn't worth the cost. And unfortunately is probably not worth the cost.

A cracked screen needs to be replaced to fix it. It would be very expensive to do so.
