I quit taking painkillers last night after taking them for two months. I really feel like I am going through hell and it makes me want to go get more. Is there anything that will help me get through the withdraw or do I just hve to tuff it out?

You may need to tough it out. There are natural things you could try to ease your pain. If you are not allergic or intolerant of it, soy milk is great for the skin and relieving pain. So is regular milk, though I've found soy creates no discomfort. :-) Also, drink a lot of water and consider seeing a doctor if the pain causes you to have a fever every day.

the best way to come off painkillers is to slowly lower the dose. But if that is not an option, then if you tuff it out,it will take about 3-4days and then you will start feeling better and be glad you did it.
