i preferably wana lose weight and tone my arms stomach and thighs
(im only 15 so i cant join the gym)

do you really want to kill yourself?Losing anymore then 1 or 2 pounds a week is unhealthly. So look for a 1 or 2 pound weight loss at the end of the week. Don't sound like much? You can lose 5-8 pounds a month! That's around 75lbs a year! So if you have A LOT of weight to lose, you can lose it. If have just a few pounds to lose, you can lose it.

Everybody's body condition is different. Generally, extreme quick weight lost is more possible for younger individuals. I lost my first 10 kilograms pretty quick when I was 17 within 2 months and a further 13 kg in 4 more months.

At 40, I couldn't do the same. My body is a lot more sensitive to whatever I put it through. Instead, I'm doing High Intensity Interval workouts now. In 10 months lost 10kgs and in great form. My health check indicated high good cholesterol, good heart rate around 60 and Triglyceride Levels are in optimal range at 87.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Not in 2 weeks you dont want to loose 6 kilos, im an american so i use pounds and ounces... wait, thats about 3.5 pounds in stupid way of measuring (Why cant the best country in the world switch to the easy way????) i guess thats a little unrealistic but not unhealthy. ANYWAY..... lift weights, buy a set of dumbells and start lifteng you might gain weight, but ittl be all mussle!

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise
