Bandit or Bandito would be an obvious choice but probably too common.

How about Napoleon (if you like the movie Napoleon Dynamite) since chihuahuas are small and the dictator Napoleon was very short.

My grandma had a chihuahua and named her tequila....then the named eventually shorted to a nickname...quila...but like parents when quilla was in trouble she was called..."TEQUILA!" ha ha It's funny b/c after you've called your dog tequila for a while you don't even think about it what it is...its just your dogs name :)

I have a long haired Chihuahua (she's absolutely gorgeous) and her name is Bonita Dulcinea ......... Spanish for "beautiful sweetheart"

I guess Chihuahua's are considered Mexican/Spanish dogs, maybe thanks to taco bell.
