Do you think it is poetic justice if an illegal's stolen SS# required the boss to withhold child support pay?

That is one of the amusing highlights of this arrest of a knowing employer if multiple illegals.

However, I think the police are altogether too apologetic about the arrests:

Police believe what those employees were doing was illegal, he added....

This is how fucxed up it has gotten, why would you apologies for arresting a criminal ? They are criminals, and not even citizens on top of that , nothing more , nothing less ...

I do not approve of thisbusiness with illegal immigrants---but I do believe that it is not the immigrants who should pay for the employers crime. Any employer who has undocumented workers should be forced to close their business bec. it means that they get rich on the backs of the poor, no matter where those poor came from.
Illegal immigrants should be allowed to stay, take english, make their citizenship, and they should be given decent wages in order to achieve that, because that is the dream of any immigrant---to achieve citizenship. Instead these employers use them for sweatshop prices, no health insurance, no security---if they get disabled on any illegal job---too bad, they can't file workman's compensation. So yes, the employer needs to pay and the immigrant should be given a choice and the means to be able to achieve that. Only if they refuse should they be sent back(or if they committed crimes in their country). The whole outcry over immigrants did not start because of our borders, it started because of 911, because now it is the Arabic-American who is the target, but in that process all the immigrants had to suffer....

In the matter of using a "stolen" or "fake" SS#, you take your chances and have to roll with those punches.....he's paying for something he didn't even do....but that's the roll of that dice. But, I agree....the dead beat dad is still gettin off the hook and I don't think that is right. If he (dead beat) is working at all, they would know someone else was using his SS# so more than likely....he is not working.

no. Because the person that is supposed to pay the child support, the deadbeat dad gets off the hook. I dont agree with someone stealing anothers identity, but who is going after the child's acutal father?
