Are we totally off? By curves, i mean curves...not flab.

I am a teenager myself...it seems to me that all the questions here that ask if people prefer skinny or curves are answered with the preference of curves. GOOD! I'll just continue to eat healthy and enjoy life!

Models DO have curves. I know this, becasue I am one.. Look at Heidi Klum, Karolina Kurkova or Gisele....
Amd also you are mixing two different things here. Models don't walk down the runways because they are skinny, it's because the clothes look better on a lean person...just think of the opposite outcome...I definitely wouldn't buy a dress if it was some thick girl walking down the runway wearing it.

lemme say this again. .models have curves even thought they're skinny.. thers a difference between skinny like a PIECA BONE and skinny with curves. HOURGLASS is the definition for curves. i dont expect myself to be eva from covergirl but yeah i dont want big huge butts even if they're not flabs...
but i have to agree.. the media and magazines make alota unrealistic ideal beauty that only 1 outa 1000 peoplee can be BORN WITH.

I have never gotten that either. When guys like the curvy girls, why would they want to be freakishly skinny? I bet this is something else we can blame on society and the media!

Actually, it always seem that men are attract to women with less feminine characteristics - the more petite and less curvy the better. Come to think of it - Models usually have figures like gangly little boys.

in defense of the teenage girls. they are not the only ones striving to be model skinny. please remember that they are living in the adult world who seem to set the standards.
