When it comes to finding love, everybody says to stop looking and it will come to you?

Seems to me that if you're not looking you're gonna miss it if and when it passes right by ya. How are you gonna see anything if you're not looking? Doesn't make sense.

When people are fixated on "looking" for the right person, the very act of it seems to sabotage the process. Perhaps the act of looking changes the hunter into something less appealing.

It is imperative to expose one's self to opportunities to meet people (be available, go places), and keep an open mind (consider new people you might not have considered before).

P.S. The problem with finding the perfect woman is that she is only interested in the perfect man.

I see lot of nice people male and female and don't know why they cant seem to find each other. It is one big potential 'love-story' out there. Good luck. Also don't forget to take care of yourself.

Well if you're out there looking for the perfect person (the one that doesn't exist because NO one is perfect yet) you're going to pass over a lot of other girls that might've been a good match for you. You just might be too selective. So if you're not really looking for it you have lower expectations and have an easier time being yourself and not judging others.

its when you look that you can't see everything - you don't find love - love is like being a boxing match - every boxer watches the gloves to make sure they don't get hit - until - bam!!! - love will hit you - just like a punch

Trust me- it happens. even though you're not looking for it- it finds you. and when it does, you'll know.
