You just need to ask. Don't seem too eager, though. Chicks hate that. Just ask kind of nonchalantly whether she would like to go out sometime. Or ask her to something specific, like a movie. Then if she says yes, buy the tickets in advance.

Well firstly, smile at her when you see her. Gives off positive energy :) Also, if you can, find out what she likes, what her hobbies are, etc. By doing this, you can find out if you have any common interests you can talk about, which will allow you to connect with her. You could get her email and start talking to her on MSN, myspace, or anything you have like that. Once you've built up confidence, talk to her in person. Get to know her, and when you've done this, ssk her if she wants to go to the cinema, letting her choose the film and pay for her ticket if you can. Don't necessarily try to kiss her then, just let things go slowly, so shes not likely to be scared off. Keep talking, then after a few days, ask her out. If she says yes, don't move too quickly, but do talk to her lots and give her small gifts occasionally. But don't go over the top, like sending her flowers every morning or whatever! Just say you'd like to buy her lunch or coffee. Start with something quick and simple that won't take up a lot of her time, the smaller the comitment, the more likely she'll agree. It will give her a chance to get to know you a little better, then, at the end, you offer the Saturday night dinner and a movie thing. If she feels comfortable with you, she'll probabaly say yes.
