This can be so many different things, don't be scared to seek out a doc, it could save your life. Better to find out now before it's too late. You are very young to have heart problems, but it could happen, see your doc!!!

I don't blame you for being afraid, but to do nothing means it can get worse.

Let me tell you one thing that can cause this. People under extreme emotional stress, or having anxiety attacks of some sort, start to hyperventilate. That means to breath faster than normal.

Guess what hyperventilating does? It produced the same symptoms as a heart attack. Another common symptom involves numbness of the arms, just like a heart attack.

And anxiety attacks are sort of self creating. That is, you get upset about something, and that causes you to start hyperventilating, then that causes these symtoms which scare you, so you develop a major anxiety attack, just by your own response to your own very brief anxiety attack, and it becomes chronic. This is especially in my experience in people with very high i.q's whose minds are strong enough to harm them.

There is no way for anyone to determine if you have this problem without observing you, but you can examine yourself and see if this is possible.

You can test yourself for this. doctors usually tell you to breathe into a paper bag, which gives you more carbon dioxide to offset your high oxygen levels.

Or, simply hold your breath for a while, like 20 seconds at a time, then breath at a steady rate, not very deeply.

If the symptoms go away quickly, then that might be hyperventilation

Some years ago, there was a major problem in my family, which put me under extreme stress, and one night I got out of bed and went to the emergency room, thinking I had a heart attack. I was not, and my family doctor the next day quickly told me what my problem was. He gave me valium and the b*****d told me I'd have to take it the rest of my life.

What rot. In a week or two, the problems with my wife and son went away, and I took no more valium. This is the same scum that kept my mother on chlorazine for 30+ years, and did not even tell her she was taking a tranquilizer.

If this is not your problem, not going to the doctor could mean you will not be able to be treated for a serious trouble if you continue to put it off.

If this is your problem visit www.emofree.com and download the free manual. If this interests you, order the $60 video dvd's. Craig claims to have cured all sorts of anxiety attacks in one day.

For a duration of a few months, you shouldn't waste time and go see the doctor to properly evaluate you. Sounds like a tension pneumothorax. But I could be wrong, so better go see the doctor. Better safe than sorry. It might just be a case of heartburn which mimic like a heart attack. or an anxiety attack. Go see your doctor.

You're probably sleeping wrong for all the other pains. But for your chest pains, it may be from stress. When you stress a lot, it causes acid build up in your stomach that moves up to your chest area, causing extreme pressure, making you feel like you're having a heart attack. You should contact a doctor.

with severe chest pains, i would suggest that you go to the hospital right now to let the professionals do a full evaluation of the situation. it could be many different things. the doctor at the er may refer you to a specialist, or there may be one on staff this evening.

Don't delay, see your Doctor. A cousin of mine died from heart failure at the age of 27. Heart problems can happen at any age. A quick test and you could be OK. But you need the test.
