Yes any place that sells xm radios will be able to provide you with a kit to install it. Many will install for free when you subscribe through them to xm.

Yes, there are several in-dash after market stereos that comes with built in XM that would fit into a Toyota Sequoia. You would just have to buy the harness and dash kit to go with it. (usually 14.99 each) Talk to a car audio salesman/installer

Yes you can buy an Alpine stereo that is compatable with XM. all you need is the antenna and the converter box wich usualy sells for 30 to 40 dollars. Then you will have what you want. I am not sure of what other brands of stereos that are compatable with XM but I own an Alpine and I know it is. Hope this helps.

Every major manufacturer has a stereo with optional satellite radio. Just remember, if your Sequoia has the factory rear seat video package, if won't work after you replace the factory radio.

I don't know but think you'd be better off replacing the sequoia, considering the price of fuel.

I'm sure you can find on, check with SM. You can also buy dashboard stereo kits to make them fit. Nice wheels you got. :)
