I think you have answered your own question. Being kind can sometimes make or break a person. you never know what day they might have had. Never wish your worst day away because to someone, somewhere, it is the best day of their life.
Another virtue or value would be patience.Being tolerant to others, and having both sympathy and empathy. Walk a mile in their shoes, then you have the right to speak. Have a great day!
