i am a 14 year old freshman i have this friend that i like and a while ago all her friends said she liked me so i asked her out and she said not now well now we are good friends and she has told me she likes me and her friend said she wants to go to homecoming with me and i need some questions to bring up the subjest of homecomig so i can ask if she wants to go with me please help me

Do you need a notarized statement from her, asking you to ask her? Because she's told you in every other possible way to ask her to homecoming.

ask if she's bought her dress yet...if its formal...
if not just say you can't believe you're back to school already, but at least you have homecoming to look forward to...
