Yes, that can be true. ADHD kids also tend not to see certain situations as dangerous, so will often do things that other kids wouldn't, such as jumping from high places, doing stunts on bikes, etc.

I don't think it's necessarily that they don't feel the pain as much - it's that they are too preoccupied with everything else that's going on to let it slow them down.
After being a childcare worker for 10 years and having 3 beautiful children of my own - I no longer believe in the diagnosis of adhd or add - it is always dietary or environmental - try alternative therapy you will be pleasantly surprised!!!
