its a big fat fat and sugar. peanut butter is LOADED with fat. jelly is simply sugar

Yes.

But you can make it a healthy meal if you use a whole grain bread, Smucker's reduced fat peanut butter (I pour the fat off the top instead of mixing it in.) and a low sugar jelly, such as Polaner's All Fruit Jelly. The lowest sugar flavors are Blueberry or Seedless Blackberry. Any jelly is good if there is no added sugar (so the sugar comes from the fruit) and if the grams of sugar per serving are less than 10.

Be sure to keep from using too much peanut butter or jelly. Portion control is a good practice for every meal.

It's not a big fat carb. Whole wheat bread is the best, peanut butter is protein and jelly is alittle sugar. It's a good combo eaten in moderation, go for it! Peanut butter is one of my favorites!
