Or explainable neuro-chemical process of the brain?

One that caught my attention is if its simply a brain process why the consistency of meeting death relatives and friends? If it's simply brain process why not include seeing living people so as to classify it as similar to people undergoing sort of hallucination?

Hell yea it's proof! It can't be explained as a byproduct of are brain. I'll give you some examples. One, there was this lady who was born blind, and when she had her Neath experience, she could see. She could describe events, resuscitation techniques, faces, names of doctors, conversations. One account is when a guy had a NDE on the hospital bed and he claimed that he saw a shoe on top of the hospital which was proven true. No it's not are brain that's causing it, people having a true afterlife experience.

No, it's just a culturally-influenced interpretation of relatively random brain events.

What really kills me is when people insist that the hallucinations must have been real because they happened when the person was brain dead. That's right up there with the claim that if you dream you're falling, and you don't wake up before you hit the ground, you die. How the heck would anyone know? If a person who experienced brain death comes back to life and reports having had certain elaborate experiences, why should we believe that those experiences were during brain death? There's no evidence for that.

As the human body dies, the brain releases chemicals that induce a dream-like state that can produce hallucinations. Remember that NDEs are just that..."NEAR death". The ears can still hear, and signals are still getting to the brain. No one has come back from actual brain-death.

No, there is NO proof. There are various theories and personal beliefs, but no proof. Ask any religious fanatic about it and you will not get any true answers, just a bunch of vague assurances and promises that are not real.

of course its not PROOF of life after death, there IS no proof, nor will there ever be. however i do believe these experiences are the work of God and designed to promote faith. however, the only form of life after death is reincarnation

I think it's proof of consciousness after death. If you're conscious, but your body is dead, doesn't that 'prove' existance of the 'soul'?
