Are you funny be funny are you shy be shy if you are outspoken then be outspoken.....Sugar there is someone out here for everyone in this world and if you don't have that someone now then you will find them. As long as your not some smart mouth asshole (lol)then you will be fine. Always remember don't over do and try to hard that makes women think twice about even looking your way.

Be yourself and if she likes you she'll show it or tell you. The same goes for if a girl likes a guy and wants him to notice. Don't be some one you're not. The best way is just say it hey (name here) I like you and why. Hope that helps.

Any of these options would be equally good in making a girl fall for a guy
Write her a love letter
Make up a song for her
Tell her that you have been admiring her from afar and you want to get to know her better and you will totally respect her and accept her for who she is

Finally, find something that you both would love to do but have never had the chance. I'm going kayaking this weekend for the first time. Do something adventurous if you can...

first be her friend then little by little start flirting with her. that trick works with me at least. being friends at first alouds her to met you, and you don't have to fell the pressure of asking her out, you could hang out, talk. and then when you think the time is right kiss her.
