A kiss should start off slow, no hands, just soft and perfect. Let the anticipation build before putting your hands on each other. Take your time, you can't rush a perfect kiss.

1. Tilt your head.
2. Head around his/her head and neck (lightly).
3. Close your eyes. ITS RUDE TO STARE!

it depends on whether your making out or just kissing and what kind of kiss............ you need to be a bit more specific........ and it also depends on who your kissing.........
