I don't think there is ever a right age or a right time in your life.Whenever you are willing to grow up i guess.Or it may just happen unexpected, who knows if it is the right time or not?But ya just do it anyway you have your baby and give it the best life you can.If you keep waiting around for the right time it may never happen.

When you can financially take care of them. Alot of people have kids and cant support them, this is wrong and government programs should not be there to save them. I am a single father to a 8 year old daughter and I had a mother and sister in law that helped with daycare and smaller stuff. But I never collected welfare or WIC and I never understood why people think this government should help out a person or persons who decided to have children and know they cant provide for them. If this was a rare thing I would not complain but it seems like more and more people are having children, then asking all of us that work, to help them. End this madness and prepare for having a child ahead of time, unwanted and unprepared pregnancies lead only to poverty and abortions, and both suck!

I'd say it's between 20 and 25. The worst age is after 35 because you and your kid will belong to absolutely different generations.

When you feel that you are ready and you have enough knowledge about baby care. Also, you should be at least out of college because you cant take care of a child and study for exams at the SAME time!
