One indian guy left these two containers: one with cardamom and one with macis. He left also Spice supreme( pure ground allspice)

Ground cardamom is excellent in baked goods like cookies or cakes. All you need is a small pinch, though... it is easy to overpower your dish with it. I also put a bit in my coffee and any sort of spiced tea. Chai tea allready has it in it, though. Allspice can be used for the same... Oh yeah a bit of cardamom is also awesome in hot chocolate or on vanilla ice cream!

You can use the mace and spice supreme in spice cake or cookies. My mother used to use cardamom in bread; however, the taste did not appeal to me.

You can make a Aloo Gobi or another cardamom based curry, just google/yahoo search for recipies!
