Shouldn't the church now turn it's attention to helping those who tailor their sexuality to suit certain interpretations of biblical scripture.

No. The Word, if you are speaking of the Abrahimic faiths, cannot be changed, neither jot nor tiddle. Some may interpret that as meaning that you can twist the meanings to suit your mood, but that is not the case. Amoral behaviour is amoral behaviour, according to the sriptures. Elsewise, it turns the scriptures into hypcritical writtings. There are too many people trying to have their cake and eat it too. But, what do I know? I tend to be considered wrong by everyone, because I rain on their parades.

this is not a question the church has the right to approve. this is a question that those that are gay need to seek God on. God does not approve of same sex sexual intimacy. God created man and woman, not two of the same to be friutful. homosexual relationships are to be forbiddened. go back to the old testament and read about lot and his visitors. sodomy comes from the root word sodom, one of the cities God destroyed because of sexual misconduct, to put it llightly, but not so lightly for them to escape being destroyed. we are to maintain good stewardship over any parts of our lives, for we will be judged!!

if you can't admit its a sin (confess) how can u be forgiven? i'm sick of people saying that God doesnt have a problem with gays. u obviously dont care what he thinks, your going to do what you want anyways, so what are u trying to accomplish? All christians know living a gay lifestyle is WRONG
