make 2 cups of hot cocoa, at the same time melt a tablet of cooking chocolate in a double boiler, once it is melted stir into your cocoa. If it isn't thick enough, take 2 tablespoons of maizena, dilute in a a little bit of cold milk or water, once disolved, stir into your cocoa and let cook a minute, until thickened.
Serve with strawberries, pineapple chunks, fresh pear slices, cherries (fresh or maraschino), marshmallows, lady fingers, sponge squares cut bite-sized. and plain toasted bread (cut into "fingers").
Yummy!
The only broth one I have is very simple:
1 quart of chicken or vegetable broth.
add chinese 5 spices to your taste.
Serve boiling in a fondue pot. serve with diced chicken, pork, shrimp (prawns) and vegetables: broccoli flowerets, celery pieces, cauliflower flowerets, zucchini slices (thick), tiny spring onions, etc. Accompany with soy sauce

I just use chicken broth. I usually buy Campbell's broth that comes in a carton and heat it on the stove. I serve marinated chicken, marinated beef, and shrimp with it. I also do a veggie tray and bread.
You can basically do what ever you want. I have used salmon, pork, scallops, lobster, etc. I often do mushrooms as well and just take the top off of them and then once they are cooked I put part of a cheese ball in the centre and it all melts!
I also do a chocolate fondue. We are usually so full after the regular one that no one eats the chocolate one. I just buy some regular chocolate and then cut up a whole bunch of different fruit to dip in.
I hope this helps you!!
