I Have a friend that is a relationship with her man. But he always has her take a taxi to come to his house and a taxi home or to work the following day? I told her if he wants to see her that bad he should come pick her up? Just want some other people opinion about the situation. He also usually will pays for it sometimes. So what do you think? Let me know honestly!

He does not have a suspended licsence either he has a car also.

My honest opinion is truly with you,i also feel that no matter if he pays once in a blue moon doesn't make it right either.It is almost like he is using her for one thing and one thing only,which i could be way off base here,but he sounds cheap and he sounds like as long as he is not inconvenienced with your friend,then everything in the world is good,if you know what i mean.If he truly cared about her,he would not care if it inconvenienced him to go get her and to see her home as well.If he cared he would see her in other places other than his home.I'm sorry i don't mean to offend anyone here,but your friend needs to have a wake up call to her so called man.The sad part,she wouldn't even listen to her closest friend when it comes to this man,she will have to ride out the storm to see the waves.I wish her the best and Good Luck to you as her friend,she will need you and your support when the time comes.Take care!

It sounds like the man your friend is seeing does not own or have access to a motor vehicle. If that is the case, and he is willing to call a taxi and pay the fare for her to come to visit him, he may have good intentions toward her- especially, if he takes her out to other places with him by taxi. However, if this man does have a car or other vehicle he may be avoiding the scrutiny of another girlfriend or have a less than acceptable motive for that behavior. Taxis are only okay if there is no private transportation available.

I think it could be about a lot of things and depends largely on where they live. Maybe finding a parking space after working hours is an enormous pain in the rear in his neighborhood and its easier if she takes a taxi. If it works for them who cares?

If this guy your friend is involed with from another city. HE COULD BE SCARED TO DRIVE. As long as he pays for coming to see him there is no problem but if she has to pay then there is a big problem. It's a terrible life being involed with a man that can't aford the travel arrangements he sets up.

I took a taxi once when my car broke to my bf's house and he did pay for it..but to work and back home? i would never!!!!

I think he sounds like the kind of guy who is embarassed to be seen out in public with her. There may also be some reason he doesn't want to be seen in or around her house, like maybeeeeeeeeeee..... he had something going on with one of her neighbors and doesn't want to be seen back over there again because it'd start something up.( chick fight ) I don't think he sounds like the kind of guy I'D want to be with; not someone who wouldn't want to be out with me. Sounds like a joker just in it for a booty call when he wants it, to me.

could be that he's just lazy.. if ur a driver u get tired of driving.. i know cause i have a car and when my bf wants me to come get him after i done parked, i tell him to catch a cab... once u sit down and unwind u don't want to get back in that car unless u have to...
as long as he's paying for it, i don't see what the problem is.. unless what -- u think he's cheating and that he don't want noone to see her in his car....

She needs to look for a pattern in his behavior, does he only see her on certain days, phone calls at certain times, hang out in public? just some clues to let you see that you may be shareing someone's husband.

It means that for whatever reason, he can't drive. Either he doesn't have a liscense, lost his liscence (like a DUI or DWI), or he doesn't own a car.
