You need to be seen by an orthopedic surgeon; have an MRI done which shows more than CT scans; and go from there. I've had two back surgeries in two years and know that I will probably have to have more due to "soft bones", osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. I have a wonderful surgeon in Nashville and he has helped me immensely. Since you were injured in a wreck I would not go to a chiropractor without first having a spinal specialist do tests!

If you've had recent x-rays you'll know whether it's the bones or discs.
I was in a wreck when I was 17. Fractured two neck discs and three vertebrae in my back. It takes time and patience. An Advil or something similar at bedtime helps. So does relaxation. Get some relaxing music. The more you tense up, the worse the pain.
Good luck.

I was in a bad one also with neck and back injuries... I have permanent nerve damage and have to periodically go to a chiropractor... I use pain killers and Biofreeze which helps tremendously... You should go have an Xray and get medical advise... hope you feel better soon...

Goodness - don't you have a doctor? You should have been, or should be xrayed so that you know what is causing the pain. Didn't anyone xray you at the time of the accident?

2 years could be various time yet once you save on focusing your ability and ideas on him it won't get extra useful. do no longer challenge approximately why he ended issues, challenge approximately your self and your destiny. you're dropping priceless time that would want for use certainly to make a extra useful destiny for your self. The longer you wait the tougher it will be. sturdy luck.

Has it hurt the whole two years or just started? If it just started, I doubt it's related to the accident. But definitely see the dr. It could be anything depending on your symptoms
