First off, the labels should be hand written, not done on a printer for your wedding invitations. It is considered to be very poor etiquette.

However, if you feel it is absolutely necessary, buy the clear labels from Staples and they have a guide in there for you to follow. You can also match up the labels you buy from Staples to templates in Microsoft Word.

First of all, it's none of my business, but I do hope you are NOT going to put stick-on address labels on your wedding invitations! That's simply not done! They should be hand-written.

Anyway, you just buy the address labels at Wal-Mart or Staples, etc. Then if you're using Word, change the paper type to those labels and then you may have to adjust the spacing so they come out correctly. This make take a couple of tries.

well actually there is website called www.vistaprint.ca and they make all kinds of labels. They are great. I just ordered a bunch of address labels from them..
Can't wait to get them.

go to www.avery.com and download their wizard. It's the best way to do labels!
