I am not sure of the correct spelling so I will just spell them as they sound:

canelloni
catelloni
canoli

Hi!
here are the explanations and proper spelling ;)

- CANNELLONI: pasta tubes (large) filled either with cheese, sauce, meat, vegetables and others... Some people also like to use sweet fillings like chocolate. Their name means actually "big tube".

- CANNOLI: a little tube this time. Is a sweet dish (dessert) amde of fried pasta with a filling with a mix of ricotta cheese, vanilla, chocolate and wine (among other ingredients)

Have no idea about the middle one "Catelloni"...

I don't know about catelloni and canoli, though I know what "canelloni" means. In my country, we eat the so-called "canellonia", which are pasta stuffed with meat chops.

Canelloni is a chees stuffed baked pasta dish. canoli is a stuffed pastry. I dont know what catelloni is.

Cannelloni, which are also known in the US as manicotti is a pasta.
