If your pediatrician cannot recommend one, look for a urologist in your area or contact a Jewish synagogue, perhaps in Charlotte, winston-Salem or Greensboro. They definitely know which doctors can help you.

Why would you want to cut off a perfectly healthy part of his body?

Why not cut off his little toe instead?
Or maybe his left earlobe?
