Why does Conflict, War and Genocide come on the heels of ANY Expansionism?

actually, conflice war and genocide come on the heels of all expansion no matter who was expanding

and, conflict war and genocide come on the heels of all contractions (or times when empire's were receding)

in fact, conflict war and genocide have been a permanent fixture n the history of man

it clearly has nothing to do with christianity or expansion

long before there were christians there was conflict war and genocide

Conflict, War and Genocide are rampant in the Old Testement. Sadly, most Christians allow the teachings of the Old Testement to taint the teachings of Jesus.

ah now you see why people like me dislike missionaries.

religion does nothing but separate people into groups. the religion then tells those separate grounps that they are special and the others are evil. eventually war will break out and theyll kill each other. given enough time one side will beign to win and go as far as genocide to prove their beleif is correct (and to kill all the nonbeleivers)

christian missionaries dont think of any of that. do what i (would like) to do. see them? shoot at them.

for the same reason it comes on the heels of any religion. the fundamentalist among the "rightious" insist that all infidels join their religion or die.

much easier to teach "love" to others when they've been beaten, tortured, executed, raped, molested, killed willy nilly and degraded to a subhuman level than when they are sound of mind.
