as well as other dogs. Are these dogs mean and snappy or is it probably just this one dog. I know there are exceptions to all dogs. But I am wondering about the breed as a whole.

Like master, like dog. Take a cattle prod on the owner, and rehabilitate the dog.

I have been in the veterinary field for 20 years. Tibbies are a breed in general that can be very shy and sometimes fearful, at least in the vets office. People who own them love them as I understand they are great with their families.Sounds to me like the dog your speaking of might be an issue. Be careful, and dont be afraid to contact your local animal control if it continues to be a problem.

If this dog has bitten 2 kids it should be destroyed no matter what the breed.

get your self a catle prod and zap the crap out of that dog next time you see him buy the lowest voltage prod
that is what I would do
