Nope, but how nice that would be. But, if you use really warm/hot water on it when you wash it I've noticed that it will bring it to a head and sometimes they go away faster.

No, acne starts *under* your skin... the pore gets clogged and fills up like a balloon. Doing what you suggest would clear up the clog, though, since it's usually dead skin causing it -- or you could just use an exfoliant soap.
To get rid of the redness, grind up some ibuprofin into paste and smear it on the spots at night. Seriously, it works.

That would be nice, but as far as I know, it's really difficult to get rid of acne and this probably won't work.

no ache or pimples are deep down in the pores of your skin you have to use a good astringent everyday to loosen them up and then they will eventually wipe off themselves

use vitamin e cream and take garlic tablets, it will take about 3 to 6 months but it worked for me

acne is oil, oil hates water and repels is so no. you need stuff that will dry up the oil first.
