No, it's smart. She'll be frustrated, but she'll understand when she's a little older. Besides, she'll be 18 in a few years and can hang out with all the boys she wants, what's the rush?

No i dont think its wrong at all. the father is probably just trying to protect his child. I dont think any dad would want his 15 year old daughter hanging out with boys, because something he doesnt want to happen just might even if the daughter says it wont.

I would say, "good job daddy"! Daddys' LOVE their little girls, no matter what age you are! He is only trying to look out for your best interests, because he cares and he wants to protect you from getting hurt or making bad choices. Once you make bad choices you have to live your life making it up and getting yourself back on the straight and narrow!
Daddys' also remember what it was like for them being 15. And I am sure he knows what goes on in the 15 year old minds' that want to hang out with his daughter. That's his JOB, when it comes to parenting. You will thank him for this later, if you haven't already. Good luck! :-)

Trust him, he knows what he is doing. I lliked to hang out with boys when I was growing up, and for the most part it was ok, until the differences became apparent. (ahem!) They will try things with you because you are their friend and they are curious. Around this time it's a good idea to hang more with your girlfriends and maintain mostly phone or text conversations with the guys. Your Dad doens't want his baby to be a practice dummy! LOL

Yes, In two or three years you (or she) will be off at college...most kids who are kept on a short leash in high school (i.e., not being able to hang out with boys) go crazy in college. Fifteen is DEFFINITLEY old enough to be hanging out with boys.

NO, it's his house, his rules. He's just looking out for your best interest. I know you think he's mean, but it's because he cares about you. It's not because he doesn't trust you, it's because he was a young boy once, and knows how we are. You'll understand more when you have your own children.
