Dream can be about one’s ambition which he gets fulfilled with the passage of time thru his own hard work, intelligence, good planning and with the blessings of Almighty. If you were a guy, it would mean you're having a wet dream, but if you live in an appartment with a water tower on top, it means there's a little girl that drowned in there, and you should call the police to have them fish her out... and you're going to die...

If you're floating in the water, it means that you're very uncertain about things, and events are sweeping you away with them. Generally, rain means cleansing, and crying, but it's just stuff you'll get over anyway. Lakes often mean hope.
