I have a hard time believing this is a serious post, but in case it is, let me help you out a little bit. First of all, I have never in my life heard of anyone using evolution as a yardstick when hiring an employee. Secondly, slavery and racism are condoned, if not advocated, in the Bible, and during the 19th century in America the Bible was often used to justify slaveholding and the belief in white superiority. Thirdly, atheism and the theory of evolution are two entirely separate issues, having nothing to do with one another. Lastly, the theory of evolution in no way states that blacks are inferior, and anyone who thinks it does has no idea what they're talking about. As for a direct response, I am an atheist, and I believe in natural selection because it clearly occurs.

What the **** are you talking about? There is quite a difference between atheists and racists, and furthermore, I haven't heard that theory thrown around in decades. If you do not want black people to have a negative public image, decrease their out-of-marriage birth rates and increase college attendance/etc, and tell (some of) them to stop using the race card as an excuse for all of their misfortunes

That doesn't in any way prove that natural selection is flawed. The flaw is some people not getting filtered out....yet. And there is no such thing as "bottom of evolution" so get it strait, if you believed just what other people have told you about it, your school sucks, and you dont know enough to talk about it

I don't happen to hold any of the beliefs you attributed to "The White People". I'm sure you have been a victim of racism in your life and for that you have my sympathy, but you might want to look at the way you are talking about white people. Are acting exactly like the people you so obviously dispise

wow...
1. kill the caps...no not cops..CAPS.
2. i my entire life i have never met a racist atheist. racist christian...oh yeah...racist atheist? no. not saying there not out there...but ive never met one.
3. as a matter of fact aftican americans, from my understanding, are the closest thign we have to our evolutionary ancestors. its like staring at our history i nthe face. thats a good thing! especially if you beleive the "out of africa" theory ...which states all life came from africa and movced outwards on Pangea.
the theory isnt flawed....sorry...and i fail to see how evolution claims that aftican americans are lesser people. i think education determines wether you can hold an intelligent job position...not skin color.
get real.

White people have indeed used evolution theory (that white people are superior and black people are inferior) to stroke their egos for hundreds of years now, but that's not what's entirely to blame for blacks failure to "climb the corporate latter" and gain the desired job positions you're talking about.
My son works in an international capacity, and the firm he works for hires blacks from Africa. They LOVE to hire blacks from Africa. They have a strong moral fiber, work harder than everyone else and advance unusually fast within the company. They have tried hiring blacks from America, but don't anymore. They found them to be without initiative, lazy, lacking integrity and generally unpromotable.
On one hand, it's very sad what blacks generations ago in this country had to endure, torn from their society and family, inhumane treatment, slavery. Then to be given freedom without opportunity. My heart genuinely goes out to them all.
It's encouraging to see blacks gaining access to the mainstream of society, but it will be up to blacks to take the moral high ground and get their kids off drugs, to man-up when it comes to the responsibility of marriage and family and job.
Whites hire mexicans by the boatload, and many many Mexicans succeed here in America. Human Resource managers shy away from hiring blacks for reasons I mentioned earlier. It's not a race thing, it's a sub-culture thing.
When blacks get rid of the victim mentality and put their hand to the plough, so to speak, they will begin to succeed in society.

You are confusing 'Social Darwinism' with the 'Theory of Evolution'. Social Darwinism is a misconception of evolution that was invented and applied by racists. There is nothing scientific about it, it has nothing to do with natural selection, it has nothing to do with evolution, it has nothing to do with Darwin.
