No. Schools want diversity in student backgrounds. As for afterward, companies care little about you undergraduate degree if you have a masters.

It is which institution from you studied your MBA is important and your specialisation & knowledge level. Arts or commerce background is not a criteria in getting selected in jobs.

It can be. When I got my MBA there were a lot of people who hadn't taken the undergraduate business courses that prepared them for the graduate level business courses. They had to take those before being admitted to the program.

At the very least you will have to take statistics, accounting and probably economics.

Apparently not, since George W. Bush got into Harvard's business school with only a con artist's background, and after losing over $350,000,000 of other peoples' money.
