That is too much weight for a 7 year old to be carrying around. Check out this article on www.webmd.com: http://www.webmd.com/content/article/2/1700_51635.htm
And take her to the doctor. Have him evaluate her weight, BMI (Body Mass Index), activity levels, food intake, etc.
Being heavy as a child is very hard. Kids pick on them. Some adults do, too. You doctor should be able to suggest ways she can eat a healthy diet, enjoying occasional goodies, and get adequate exercise (playing). God bless!

Absolutely YES!!!! She would need to be over 5 feet tall to have that be a healthy weight.
You need to take a long hard look at yourself if you are responsible for feeding this child. You are giving her eating habits that will lower her health and happiness for the REST OF HER LIFE!!! Please consult with her doctor or school nutritionist for advice on changing her diet ASAP.
